You can have just a static price or dynamic pricing base on the user&#8217;s requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Most of the options for pricing are located in the listing type settings, navigate to your admin dashboard, go to <strong>Listing Types <i class=\"material-icon-arrow_right_alt __arrow\"><\/i> (edit your listing type) <i class=\"material-icon-arrow_right_alt __arrow\"><\/i> Listing <i class=\"material-icon-arrow_right_alt __arrow\"><\/i> Pricing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the pricing options that you can use:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a class=\"__link-hash\" href=\"#allow-disallow-pricing-free-listings\">Allow \/ disallow pricing and free listings<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a class=\"__link-hash\" href=\"#seasonal-pricing\">Seasonal pricing<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a class=\"__link-hash\" href=\"#long-term-discounts\">Long-term discounts<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a class=\"__link-hash\" href=\"#security-deposit\">Security deposit<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a class=\"__link-hash\" href=\"#extra-pricing-mandatory-fees\">Extra pricing (mandatory fees)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a class=\"__link-hash\" href=\"#add-ons-optional-fees\">Add-ons (optional fees)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"allow-disallow-pricing-free-listings\">Allow \/ disallow pricing &amp; free listings<\/h3>\n<p>The options <strong>Allow Pricing<\/strong> will enable the pricing selection on your listings. A new field will appear automatically on your listing edit page and the submission process. If you check the option <strong>Price is not required<\/strong>, the pricing field won&#8217;t be required, so you can have some free listings, as well.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"seasonal-pricing\">Seasonal pricing<\/h3>\n<p><label class=\" mb-0 \">Check this option if you need to have dynamic prices, based on time range. A new field will appear in your listing&#8217;s edit page<label class=\" mb-0 \"> and submission form<\/label>.<\/label><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"long-term-discounts\">Long-term discounts<\/h3>\n<p><label class=\" mb-0 \">Enable the option <strong>Allow long-term discounts<\/strong>, if you need to have dynamic prices, based on time range. A new field will appear in your listing&#8217;s edit page and submission form.<\/label><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"security-deposit\">Security deposit<\/h3>\n<p>Enable this option if you need your listings to request additional amount for security deposit. <label class=\" mb-0 \">A new field will appear in your listing&#8217;s edit page and submission form.<\/label><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"extra-pricing-mandatory-fees\">Extra pricing (mandatory fees)<\/h3>\n<p>You can add additional pricing costs that will be charged one time or per night. It will appear automatically on your calculation table.
