By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Use of this website, in addition to all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree that you are solely responsible for complying with any local laws that may apply to you. If you disagree with these terms, you are not permitted to use or access this site.

1: Refund Policy

We create simple, easy-to-use, and effective themes. Also, we constantly update our themes so that our customers stay up-to-date with all the latest trends. We hope you like the services and the effort we put in, so there won’t be any refund issues. Apart from that, if you face any technical issues, contact us, and we will try our best to fix those issues. In case the issues are not resolvable, you can request a refund as we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

1.1: Refund Policy Conditions:

We understand that there might be situations where you may need to request a refund for our theme/plugin. Please take note of the following refund policy conditions:

  1.  If the theme/plugin works fine on your side, but the features do not match your requirements or you expected something else, we are sorry, but we cannot offer a refund.
  2. If your requirements have changed and you no longer need the theme/plugin, we cannot offer a refund.
  3. If you have found another theme/plugin that you think is better, we cannot offer a refund.
  4. If you do not currently require a website or services, we cannot offer a refund.
  5. If the features of the theme/plugin do not meet your needs and requirements or are not as considerable as you thought, we cannot offer a refund.
  6. Please note that our themes and plugins are built to run on WordPress CMS only. If you do not have WordPress CMS installed on your hosting or your host provider does not support WordPress CMS, we cannot offer a refund.

We hope you understand our refund policies, and we are always here to assist you in case you have any questions or concerns.

1.2: Miscellaneous Cases:

  1. If you accidentally purchase the wrong theme or plugin and later realize that it is different from the one you wanted, we will replace it with the desired one.
  2. If you purchase a theme and later realize that you want a different one that is similar or otherwise, we can swap it with another theme of your choice. In this case, a refund will not be given.
  3. If you ask for specific features, not in the theme, we can add them. If it’s complex and needs heavy customization you may opt for WP Advanced customization for your WP theme. However, no refunds for such changes can be made.

2: Limitations

Utillz shall not be held liable for any damages, including loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the materials on Utillz’s website, even if an Utillz authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. It is important to note that in some jurisdictions, limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages may not be applicable.

3: Ownership

Please note that you cannot claim exclusive ownership of any of our themes, whether modified or unmodified. All our themes are the property of Utillz. When you make a purchase, we provide you with a key that allows the customer to use the product on 1 website and if you want to use the same for multiple websites, you need to contact us

Our themes are provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. In no event shall our company be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use our products.

4: Revisions and Errata

Our website’s content may have errors, and we don’t guarantee that all materials are accurate or up-to-date. We may make changes without notice but don’t commit to updating them.

6: Site Terms of Use Modifications

Utillz can update website terms without notice. Your use of the site means you agree to the current Terms and Conditions.

7: Warranty

We don’t guarantee that our themes will work with all 3rd party components, plugins, or web browsers once they’re altered. Please test browser compatibility against the demo templates on the demo server before use. We can’t guarantee that Utillz themes will work with all browser combinations.

8: Delivery

Once your payment is received, we’ll email your Utillz theme info to the provided email address. This usually takes minutes but may take up to 24 hours. If you don’t receive an email after 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us. After logging in, you can access all our themes and support.

9: Promotions & Survey Emails

When you buy Utillz themes, you are consenting to get promotional emails from us. These promotions may be for Utillz only or for affiliate programs. Additionally, we will send you surveys and feedback requests at regular intervals to improve your customer satisfaction. All emails will comply with CAN-SPAM regulations, and you will be able to unsubscribe from our mailing list whenever you wish.
