Turn Your WordPress Marketplace Into a Mobile App — Android & iOS, $79 One-Time

Turn your Brikk or Heilz platform into a fully listed mobile app – no native development, no subscriptions, delivered in 24 hours.

Building a native code app to power your marketplace will cost $15,000-50,000 and take 3-6 months. Monthly subscriptions to app-builders like AppMySite cost $49/month, or $588/year for eternity.

The Utillz WebView App is a flat $79 forever. Your existing WordPress site is mirrored inside of a native Android + iOS app container. Any edits you make to your site (new listings, products, price adjustments, etc) are instantly updated to your app without the need to resubmit to the app stores. You keep 100-percent of your app revenue. Utillz doesn’t take any of your revenue, the only fee you pay is $79 upfront.

WebView App Solution

What Is the
Utillz WebView App?

Utillz WebView App is a $79 add-on service that transforms your Brikk or Heilz powered WordPress marketplace into a real native Android & iOS app. Developed and provided by the Utillz team (the makers of Brikk and Heilz).

Essentially it wraps your WordPress website inside of a native mobile app. Your website loads INSIDE of the app just as it would on a mobile browser, but this wrapper actually installs on the user’s phone as its own app on their home screen and shows up under your own developer account on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

This means every change you make on your WordPress site is automatically synced to your app. So when you publish new listings, update prices, or add new products — they show up instantly on your app. You never need to re-submit to the app stores for content changes.

The Cost Problem It Solves

Every Competitor Charges Monthly. Utillz Charges Once.

Historically, getting your marketplace onto the app stores has involved two costly choices: Either spend $15,000–$50,000 on native app development, or $49–$399 per month to a subscription app-builder service – indefinitely.

The Utillz WebView App is neither. It’s a one-time $79 service that launches your marketplace on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store in 24 hours with zero monthly fees.

How Does App Development Work?

From Purchase to App Store in 24 Hours — Three Steps
You don’t need to know code at any point. You don’t need to have ever submitted to an app store. The Utillz team will do the build for you and walk you through every step of the submission process.

Step

What Happens

Your Time Needed

Step 1 > Purchase & provide details

Purchase the WebView App add-on ($79). You will receive a setup form asking for: your website URL, your app name, app icon (we can create this from your logo), splash screen colour, and your Apple and Google developer account credentials.

15–30 minutes

Step 2 > Utillz builds your app

The Utillz development team configures your WebView app, tests it across iOS and Android devices, sets up push notification support, and prepares all app store submission files — screenshots, descriptions, metadata, and app binary.

Step 3 > App store submission & approval

Utillz submits your app to the Google Play Store (typically approved within 24 hours) and the Apple App Store (typically approved within 1–3 business days). Once live, your app is available for download under your developer account name. You own the listing permanently.

After Launch — How Updates Work

Content changes (new listings/products, pricing edits, page edits): Automatically shows up next time the app is opened or refreshed by the user. There is no need to re-submit your app to any app stores.

Design/Configuration changes (updating your logo/app icon/splash screen/navigation menus): Requires a small app update which will need to be re-submitted to the app stores. Utillz can do re-submissions for you as a separate service request.

Platform changes (iOS/Android OS Updates): Utillz will watch for compatibility issues with new versions of operating systems and make updates as necessary as part of the continuing support.

Features of WebView App

What Is Included in the $79 WebView App

Built for Android & iOS

A real app file that gets installed on your users' phones - APK/AAB for Android, IPA for iOS. An actual listing on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Not a progressive web app (PWA). Not a web shortcut. An REAL app your users download and find on their phone's home screen.

Realtime Updates from your live website

The app seamlessly updates from your live WordPress site. When you change content on your website - add a new Brikk listing, upload a new Heilz product, adjust pricing or edit a page - it's instantly reflected in your app the next time someone opens it. No rebuild. No re-submit. No developer notifications.

Push notifications

Promote directly to users who have installed your app using push notifications. Whether it's new listings, flash sales, booking reminders, reservation confirmations or any other event you can think of - reach your users with push notifications enabled from setup and managed from your WordPress dashboard.

Your branding - everywhere

Your app is yours. It's listed under your developer account with your app name, your app icon and your branding. No Utillz watermark or attribution anywhere. The app store listing is yours too — including reviews and downloads you earn.

Customisable app splash screen

The app opens with your splash screen - your logo, your colours, and welcome text. It's created automatically from your brand assets during setup. To change after launch you'll need to do a small app update (available as a service request).

Brikk map + geolocation support

The map-based listing search built into Brikk works INSIDE your app. Users can search by location, interact with pins on the map, apply filters - every feature your visitors use on the desktop site works perfectly on mobile devices.

Works with Brikk and Heilz

The WebView App is developed and tested exclusively for use with Brikk and Heilz themes. All features of your theme - booking calendars, listing pages, vendor dashboards, downloads, search forms, you name it — work perfectly in the app before we hand it over to you.

Who Should Get the WebView App Add-On?

You should use the Utillz WebView App if:

You already have a live Brikk or Heilz marketplace and want to provide your users with an app experience without having to rebuild your marketplace from scratch. Your website already does everything you need — the app just puts it in an app wrapper.

Mobile is where most of your marketplace traffic comes from. Book rentals, browse digital products, look up service providers — these activities are mostly done on mobile devices. And users are much more likely to return to your website if they have an app icon on their phone’s home screen than if they have to remember to use a bookmark in their browser.

You want your marketplace to be available in app stores. It’s tough to prove to casual browsers that your marketplace is legitimate unless you have an app listed in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. This is important if you’re a new marketplace working to establish trust with users and vendors.

You want access to push notifications. The average email open rate is about 20%. Average push notification open rates are between 40–60%. The only way to send push notifications that appear on a user’s lock screen is through an app.

You don’t have the budget for a $49–$399/month subscription app-builder. At $79 USD, the Utillz WebView App is currently the lowest-cost solution to having a real app in the app stores for WordPress-powered marketplaces.

What You Need Before Purchasing

You’ll need two developer accounts to publish to both app stores. These accounts are paid directly to Apple and Google — not Utillz:

Apple Developer Account costs $99 per year, paid to Apple. All apps published on the Apple App Store require an Apple Developer account. Sign up at developer.apple.com. Note that Apple can take 1–2 business days to approve new accounts.

Google Play Developer Account costs $25 once, paid to Google. All apps published on the Google Play Store require a Google Play Developer account. Sign up at play.google.com/console. Account approval is usually processed in less than 48 hours.

You will also need a live Brikk or Heilz website (you can’t configure your app before your site is built) and a logo/icon file to use as your app icon. PNG format preferred at 1024×1024 pixels.

Don’t have developer accounts? No problem. Simply buy your WebView App now and register your developer accounts while Utillz builds your app. Both developer accounts can typically be approved within our 24-hour build window.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Utillz WebView App is a $79 add-on service that transforms your Brikk or Heilz WordPress marketplace into a native Android and iOS mobile app. It’s published on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store under your own developer account. The mobile app looks and functions just like your website, updating in real time — any change you make to your website is automatically shown in the app. The App is delivered to you, developed by the Utillz team within ~24 hours.
Our apps are only $79 paid upfront as a one-time fee. There are no monthly costs, no yearly renewal fees, and you never need to purchase a subscription. You will also need a Apple Developer Account ($99/year, paid directly to Apple) and Google Play Developer Account ($25 one-time, paid directly to Google) to publish your apps on their stores. Those are the only two yearly expenses.
Upon receipt of your setup information/details the Utillz team builds and submits your app to both stores within 24 hours of purchase. Approval by the Google Play Store takes an average of 24 hours. Approval by the Apple App Store typically takes 1–3 business days. The majority of our customers have apps available on both stores within 3–5 business days of purchase.
Yes, for content. If you update your WordPress website — add new listings/products, edit prices, publish a new page — it will automatically show up inside of the app the next time a user opens it (or refreshes). You never need to re-submit your app to either app store. Configuration-only changes (app icons, splash screens, navigation hierarchy changes) require a new build of the app. Utillz is happy to provide that service upon request for a separate fee.

Yes, it’s a real mobile app. Under the hood the app is coded just like every other mobile app. We compile your app into an APK/AAB file and submit it to the Google Play Store. We also compile an IPA file that we submit to the Apple App Store. These are the same files that every other Android/iOS app is made from. Users can download it from the app store like any other app. Once installed on their device, it will appear on their home screen identically to any other app they’ve downloaded. It is not a PWA, nor is it simply a bookmark to your website.

Apple has more stringent submission guidelines than Google and may reject apps that they feel are simply wrappers for websites without added-value. Utillz packages your submission to be compliant with Apple’s current set of guidelines including proper metadata/splash/title screens and privacy policies. We’ve successfully submitted hundreds of apps to Apple over the years. In the unlikely event that your app gets rejected by Apple, we’ll work with you to address any issues they’ve reported at no additional charge.

Yes! The WebView App is built to work with both Brikk AND Heilz. Brikk’s booking calendar, map-based search, and listing detail flows all work flawlessly inside of the app. Heilz’s product pages, download flows, and WooCommerce checkout are compatible with and fully functional inside of the app. Both themes are tested as part of the development process to ensure everything works as expected within the WebView container.

You’ll own it forever. The app will be live on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store under your own developer accounts. Utillz retains no rights of ownership or access to your app stores pages after it’s delivered. This includes all user reviews, download history, and any other analytics or data associated with the apps. If you ever wish to stop using Utillz services, cancel your setup, or just not pay any future invoices, the apps are 100% yours.

Yes. The Utillz WebView App is configured to support push notifications as part of the setup process. You can login to your WordPress dashboard and send push notifications to all installed users at any time. You can notify users of new listings, send booking confirmations, announce flash sales, or promote any custom message. Push notification open rates generally range from 40-60%, higher than most email newsletters.

The WebView App is a plug and play service built and tested exclusively for Brikk & Heilz. In order to use the WebView App add-on you must have a live Brikk or Heilz marketplace. Brikk and Heilz are two of the most affordable WordPress themes on ThemeForest. Brikk (rental/booking marketplace theme) can be purchased for $79. Heilz (digital downloads/product store theme) can also be purchased for $79. Both come with a standard licence, which allows you to use this mobile app service. Buy both themes + this app service and you can create a marketplace with an accompanying mobile app for $158 total.
Yes! The WebView App service is available to all Brikk and Heilz users — even if you didn’t purchase your theme directly from Utillz. Themes can be purchased directly from Utillz, from ThemeForest, or through a 3rd party agency. As long as you can provide a valid theme licence key, you are eligible to purchase the WebView App add-on. If you have any questions about whether you own a valid licence, contact us at support@utillz.com before purchasing the app.
AppMySite starts at $49/month ($588/year). You’ll also need to configure and submit the app yourself. MobiLoud starts at $399/month ($4,788/year) and isn’t built specifically for WordPress. The WebView App is a one-time cost of $79. The entire process is handled by the Utillz team and built specifically for Brikk & Heilz — not just generic WordPress websites. For Utillz users looking for a mobile app solution, the WebView App is by far the cheapest option available.
