The demo importer is a very powerful feature that covers two main aspects. It provides all the layouts and setup that you need in order to continue building an awesome website, and it provides you with the base features that we offer. This is why we highly recommend you to import the demo content and use it as a starting point for your new project.
Before you start
First, make sure that you have verified your ownership. Otherwise, the import button won’t be active.
Also, please make sure that you have installed and activate all the required plugins.
Importing the demo content
If you already have this step, then it is time to import the demo content by going to your admin dashboard, then go to Listing Types Demo Import.
While importing the demo content, it is very important to not reload the page or turn off your computer. Otherwise, the import may be processed partially. The whole process may take several minutes, depending on your internet connection.
The theme that you are using could offer one or more demos. Select the one you want to use and click the Import button. That is all, have fun!
The images are not included in the content. All the images will be replaced with placeholders.
If you made a mistake selecting the demo, you can import multiple demos, but note that this could duplicate some of your pages or posts.
