Now that you know what is a webhook, you can also use it for your reservation process. Once the reservation is complete, you can send a webhook to Zapier ( or any other system ) with the reservation details. This allows you to integrate your booking with 3rd party platforms like Zoom, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Orbits, Intrado, ON24, Bizzabo, Hopin and more.
You will find the webhook configuration by going to `Listing Types ( edit specific listing type ) Listing Reservation Enable Reservation Webhook`. Also make sure that you have a valid reservation listing action.
